Terms of Service for Padelio

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Padelio application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Description of Service
Padelio is a padel tennis tracker app for iOS that utilizes Apple Watch sensors to analyze player game statistics, including name, email, average heart rate, and calories burned.

3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://sites.google.com/view/padelio-privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal and non-personal information.

4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App and to keep such information up to date. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must safeguard your account information.

5. Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through the App, such as text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Padelio or its content suppliers and protected by both Spain and international copyright laws.

6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, account, computer systems or networks associated with the App.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
